Sun Graphics Media Buys Franzen Graphics

Sun Graphics Media (SGM), a leading branding and advertising agency, announces the asset acquisition of Franzen Graphics. This 30-year-old business, which services such clients as Champs Sports, Reebok, and the PGA, will be absorbed under the SGM banner and bolster the already successful print business amassed by Sun Graphics Media under Justin Webb’s leadership. The Fortune 500 clients Franzen serves, alongside SGM’s marketing, advertising, and development services, combine to make a lean, customer-focused operation. Webb serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer while Nick Franzen joins SGM as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Both Webb and Franzen serve on the Board of Directors.

The deal is projected to increase the value of the newly formed company by almost eight times and includes plans for expanded personnel needs, as well as equipment and building upgrades.

Nick has done a fantastic job expanding Franzen’s portfolio, and we are excited to work with him to continue this exceptional growth and provide expanded services to our combined clients,” said Webb.

Sun Graphics Media will operate the large format and high-volume print business in the 50,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility currently occupied by Franzen, located at 5300 WI-42 in Sheboygan, WI. Sun Graphics Media will also maintain its headquarters presence at 2829 Eastern Avenue in Plymouth, WI, and keep the Sun Graphics Media creative agency located in Sheboygan, WI, at 1206 N. 8th Street.

SGM also recently announced the expansion of its senior executive team with the hire of marketing executive, content specialist, and former Howard Stern senior producer, Keith Fenimore. Fenimore will spearhead the company’s strategic growth and partnerships, also providing creative recommendations across all touchpoints and actively expanding on the agency's industry sector focus, opening up additional markets including Illinois, Northern California, Philadelphia, and New York
